This policy explains how SolmiAI Rap Stage at solmiai.party handles information when you sign in, upload photos, purchase and generate a rap video.

What we collect

We store your account email and profile information, the photos you upload, your topic and video settings, generated files and job status. We also keep order identifiers, amounts and refund status, plus technical logs needed to operate the service and prevent abuse. Waffo processes card details; SolmiAI Rap Stage does not collect full card numbers.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the website, database and files. Yir and its selected model providers process your photos and prompts to generate the video. Waffo processes checkout and payment records as merchant of record. Resend delivers sign-in emails, with Gmail as a delivery fallback. If Google sign-in is offered and you select it, Google processes that sign-in. These providers have their own privacy and retention policies.

How long we keep it

Account information, uploads, results and operational records remain stored until removed as part of service administration or a deletion request. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or dispute handling. Generated videos require the signed-in owner or an authorized administrator to access them. Uploaded photo references use hard-to-guess links; anyone with one of those upload links can access that photo. Do not upload confidential material or share upload links you want to keep private.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and protect sessions. The service may record referral information. Your browser stores an unfinished video draft so your photos and settings can be restored after checkout. Clearing browser storage removes that local draft, but does not cancel an order or delete server-side records.

Your choices

Use the service only if you are 18 or older and have permission from every person in the photos. Contact support@solmiai.party to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Include the email associated with your account; we may verify ownership before acting. To request removal of a shared result, include its URL.
