Terms of service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms cover the SolmiAI Rap Stage video-generation service at solmiai.party. Contact support@solmiai.party with questions about a purchase or the service.
What the service is
SolmiAI Rap Stage creates an AI rap video from two portrait photos and your selected scene, topic and video settings. The current offer is one downloadable MP4 of up to 15 seconds, using the selected 480p or 720p setting. AI results can vary, including likeness, language, lyrics and audio synchronization. Example images and videos illustrate the service and are not a guarantee of an identical result.
Your content
You must be at least 18 and have the rights and consent needed to upload both photos and generate a performance featuring those people. Do not upload photos of minors, create deceptive impersonations, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or submit unlawful content. You permit us and our generation providers to process your inputs to deliver the service. Do not present an AI-generated performance as authentic footage.
One-time payments
One video costs USD 4.99, with any applicable tax shown by Waffo before payment. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or a credit pack. Generation starts only after the server confirms a paid purchase. A purchase funds one successful creation; a failed generation restores it for another attempt. A processing video cannot be canceled from the account. Waffo checkout and buyer terms also apply. See /refunds for refund requests.
No warranty
We do not guarantee exact creative results, continuous availability or that generated output is suitable for a particular use. You must review the result before sharing it and obtain any rights needed for your intended use. Service descriptions or prices may change for future purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
